Bastjan founded NordFly in 2020 and now oversees the strategic and technical development of the entire airline group. As lead developer, he works on the platform, internal tools and custom extensions for the community.

Sascha has supported NordFly since its earliest days and helped shape the airline in several roles. In flight simulation he mainly flies in MSFS and on the VATSIM and IVAO networks.

Tristan is a real-world captain with a C525 PIC rating and previously spent several years as COO of a business aviation company. Since mid-2023 he has supported NordFly as Co-CEO on operational and strategic matters.

Billy has been flying in Microsoft Flight Simulator since 2020 and is regularly active on VATSIM. After joining the community in December 2023, he took over NordFly Cargo and continues to develop its cargo concept.

Julian began in military flight simulation before discovering a particular enthusiasm for cargo operations. Since March 2026 he has supported NordFly Cargo as Co-CEO.

Michael has been active in flight simulation since around 2015 and now mainly flies in MSFS 2024 on IVAO, with occasional VATSIM flights. Since March 2026 he has led FlyHoliday Airlines within the NordFly Group.

Yann is a software developer who has been fascinated by airliners and their complex systems since childhood. In the IT department he supports software development and maintenance while also flying as an active pilot.
FODFlight Operations Department
Linus has been active as both controller and pilot on IVAO since 2020. Alongside his work in Flight Operations, he studies multimedia and communication, bringing both operational and creative perspectives to the team.

Patrick has followed flight simulation from FSX through to MSFS and also holds a real-world private pilot licence. He joined the group in September 2024 and supports Flight Operations with practical aviation experience.
vFIEVirtual Flight Instructor Examiner
Julian professionally flies the Boeing 757 for an international express freight and logistics company. As Virtual Flight Instructor Examiner, he combines real cargo experience with training and quality assurance within the group.

Benjamin has known flight simulation since the FS2004 era and joined the NordFly Group in October 2025. As a mentor, he supports new pilots during their first steps and helps with organisational and practical questions.

Dennis mainly flies in MSFS on VATSIM and feels particularly at home in the A320 family. As a mentor, he helps pilots learn procedures and realistic workflows while keeping the enjoyment of flying together at the centre.

Mark has been an active group pilot since June 2025, usually flying the A320 family in MSFS 2020. Since February 2026 he has been part of the mentor team, with a particular focus on community and an approachable onboarding experience.

Sebastian is based in Munich and works as a construction project manager. As a mentor, he places particular value on team spirit, personal exchange and shared experiences within the virtual airline.
