These requirements support fair, active and reliable operations across our community.

At least 14 years old
You have reached the minimum age of 14.
✓
Confident with one fleet aircraft
You can safely operate at least one aircraft from our fleet.

Sound IFR knowledge
You understand standard procedures including SID, STAR, ILS, RNAV and LOC.

Current charts and AIRAC data
You have access to current navigation charts and suitable navigation data.
✓
Five flights per quarter
You meet our activity policy. The third quarter is the summer break, and one quarterly protection period is available each year.

Valid Discord account
You have joined our Discord server and can create your registration code there.
✓
First flight within seven days
After account activation, you complete a successful and accepted first flight within seven days.
✓
No active membership in another VA¹
Any additional active virtual-airline membership must be discussed with us on Discord beforehand.
¹ If you are already a member of another virtual airline, a conversation on our Discord is required before registration so we can review the situation together.

Create a registration code
Generate your personal registration code in the designated Discord area.
Complete the form
Open registration, enter your code and provide all required information.
Confirm your email address
Use the link sent after submission to verify your email address.
Wait for activation
A team member reviews your registration. You receive activation information by Discord and email, along with the required Discord roles.
Complete your first flight
Complete your first successful and accepted EuroFly flight within seven days.

FAQ
Common membership questions.
Do I have to fly on VATSIM or IVAO?
No. EuroFly allows offline flights as well as flights on VATSIM and IVAO.
Do I need a specific rank for Airbus, Boeing or Embraer aircraft?
No. Aircraft choice is not rank-based, but you should be able to operate your chosen aircraft confidently.
What happens if I cannot complete five flights in a quarter?
You can use one quarterly protection period per year. The third quarter is also the official summer break.
Can I be active in another virtual airline at the same time?
An additional active membership is generally not intended. Before registering, you can discuss whether an exception is possible on Discord.
Why is Discord mandatory?
Discord is used for the registration code, roles, important announcements, support and community activities.
What if I cannot complete my first flight within seven days?
Contact the team before the deadline. Without prior agreement, an unused account may be closed after the period expires.
Which simulators are supported?
EuroFly provides content and liveries for several platforms. Availability depends on the individual aircraft add-on.
Does membership cost anything?
No. EuroFly is a non-commercial hobby project for flight simulation.
